There's a many method to take care our brain:

1. Never forget to have a breakfast

Breakfast is very important because brain receive sufficient nutrition

2. Don't Smoking: Nikotine evoke lowering brain activity

3. Excessively Sugar Consumption

4. Working hard without rest, Brain more easier damaged

5. Thinking, reading, learning something new can stimulate brain activity

6. Clean air contain lot of oxygen

7. Cover up head while sleep can increase carbondioxyde, decrease oxygen in your brain

8. Talking: make brain more and more active, energetic

Today i wanna tell you guys about my friends

this is my close friends

The First one is Maria Amelita, She often called "Lita"

She Really really like michael jackson and robert pattinson too..

She love's to eat.

And now she's in love with her friends "....."

The Second one is Alexander Brian , he often called "Brian" He love to watch movies and listening to new song or video.. you know what video

Anyway he loves to eat, same as Lita but he's on diet now.. (not sure

The third is Andre Yehezkiel, often called "Agi" don't know where's that name from

Some people called him "Mas Anang" too, cause everyone say that he look like Anang

This is Jeannete Natasya, often called "Tasya" she likes Justin Bibier a lot(i think

she like to online through her BlackBerry and hang out^^

and she has a beautiful voice and i like to hear when she sing cause i like it

This is Kevin Ezekia, often called "Kevin" he is one of the uniqe boys from my friends cause he have he's american face?? hahahaha

he likes to photo his own face (i dont know why) and he really take care of his body such as " don't wanna touch by a sunlight cause his skin gonna be dark and bla bla bla bla bla

And The last one is Yeolenda Putri Pakel, often called "Lenda" She has a dark skin and always called "ITEM" by my friends. She likes to listening to music and know she's in love with her friend but she always say that she does'nt like him..
