4. Working hard without rest, Brain more easier damaged
5. Thinking, reading, learning something new can stimulate brain activity
6. Clean air contain lot of oxygen
7. Cover up head while sleep can increase carbondioxyde, decrease oxygen in your brain
8. Talking: make brain more and more active, energetic
